Ruth Radelet / Nat Walker / Adam Miller

¾ of the now-defunct Chromatics have reunited for the first time since the band's breakup to record new music. Ruth Radelet, Nat Walker and Adam Miller contributed “The Veil” and other tracks to the soundtrack of the video game Lost Records: Bloom & Rage by French game developer Don't Nod, best known for the game Life Is Strange (2015).

“The Veil,” the song shared in the video below, brings the nostalgic aesthetic that marked the American band's work.

Nat Walker wrote about this video:

We wanted to create something that captured both the nostalgic 90s aesthetic of the game’s flashback sequences and the ethereal, dreamlike quality that fans associate with our music.

Chromatics was formed in 2001 and disbanded in 2021. Among their works, the 2012 album Kill for Love stands out.
